These pants are made of a single-sided fleece with a 4-way stretch. The fabric is brushed fleece on the outside and a smooth valuer finish on the inside. The pant has a very soft hand and is really warm. This material is breathable and offers warmth without weight. It is wind and abrasion-resistant and is machine washable without pilling. Wear it on cold morning runs, as a base-layer bottom for skiing or snowboarding, or just to cozy up after a brisk ocean swim.

Fit Type: 4-way stretch fleece offers a comfortable performance fit without it being baggy, but this item is by no means skin-tight. It is perfectly comfortable.

- 3-inch waistband with 1/4-inch elastic lengthens look of waist while reducing look of backside.
- 4-1/2-inch leg cuffs can be folded up capri-style, and can land just above a ski or snowboard boot.
- Drawstring waist helps keep the pant in place.
- Flat stitched seams for a stretchy, comfortable fit and flattering look.
- 2 front pockets also stretch for ease of use, and are low enough to hold a phone in place on the thigh without bouncing or moving.
